Who are the Monkey Wrenchers?

The Monkey Wrench Garage was founded as a place for a small group of friends to pool their resources and energy to create a place for us to work on our cars and motorcycles as well as design and build custom projects while learning from each other and developing strong friendships.

Each person in the group has their own special talents and we build off of these while we work. We often take turns helping each other with that persons latest project. Projects that range from everyday car repair to rebuilding or changing an entire engine for a friend in need. We also work together to design and build all new things. Always dream bigger right?

In addition to the normal flow of people coming and going we have a weekly work night where we get together to work and have a good time. The project starts up, the music gets going and the work (and verbal sparring) begins.

Nikola Tesla once said "I do not think there is any thrill that can go through the human heart like that felt by the inventor as he sees some creation of the brain unfolding to success..." So maybe there are a few greater thrills, but working together to create something new or to fix something old is definetely right up there. The Monkey Wrench Garage is about learning, innovation, hard work, good times, good music and most importantly building lasting friendships.
